Msite
Msite Introduction
Apollo have introduced a new software called Msite on all of our sites.
Msite will be used primarily to manage access and egress to site. The system will use facial recognition to allow access to our construction sites.
Our Supply Chain are required to register on the system prior to gaining access to site.
In turn, all of your Operatives must register with the system, in order to be able to get on to our sites.
Msite will also be used to manage inductions and RAMS
Our Supply Chain will only be required to onboard to Msite once, and update the induction annually. Once the onboarding is complete, Operatives will be able to gain access to all Apollo sites. Operatives will be required to undertake a brief orientation on all sites, on a project-by-project basis
Important to Note
Deadline for onboarding is the 1st September.
After this date, Operatives will not be able to gain access to site without using the Msite system.
Onboarding requires:

Uploading suitable competency evidence (CSCS card or equivelent)

Completion of personal details including next of kin

Signing and accepting of the privacy policy

Completion of the on-line induction
Upon arrival at site, the Site Manager will check the documents that have been uploaded, capture your Operatives photo and carry out a site orientation.
